I hope you enjoy looking at some of my creations. Decorating cakes is one of my favorite hobbies. I first got interested
in it back in the 80's and decided to take a Cake Decorating course at Danville Jr. College (now known as DACC). I learned
so much but am still learning new things all of the time. I make cakes for almost every occasion except wedding cakes. I find
that too time consuming and stressful! I also make delicious cream cheese mints, cupcakes and candies.

Thank you for all the cake orders! As you can see by my recent cake pics, I have
been using more fondant (edible clay). It really makes the cake stand out more. However, it is quite expensive and takes time
to mold the pieces and they have to dry for several days. If you are wanting a cake with fondant, please give me at least
2 weeks notice. Also, although the fondant is edible, I think it tastes nasty and should be removed before eating the cake.
Use your own judgement on that....haha!
DUE TO THE RISING COSTS OF INGREDIENTS, I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO RAISE MY CAKE PRICES.
I TRY TO MATCH THE COST OF CAKES FROM WALMART AND COUNTY MARKET AND THEIR'S HAVE GONE UP TOO.
